Shipping
When shipping an order, the tracking number is sent to you by email. We usually ship with DPD, but sometimes use PostNL.
Delivery time
We ship orders once or twice a week. A parcel usually goes out within 5 working days of your order. We will contact you if we expect the delivery time to be much longer.
Cancellation
As long as an order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled without any problems. In that case, please send us a message as soon as possible.
It doesn't work
What if the pulse generator does not work in combination with the clock after all?
No problem! You can simply return the pulse generator, and we will refund the purchase price.
Should this occur, we would be happy to help think of a possible solution. After all, a working clock is the best result. So be sure to let us know!
Returns
Orders can be returned to us within 30 days . We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible after receiving the return parcel.
The cost of returning an item is at your own expense. Please keep the box in which we sent the pulse driver. If you return the pulse driver in this box, it can be sent as an inexpensive letterbox parcel.
Let us know
Please let us know when we can expect a return shipment. We will indicate in our reply to which address the package can be sent.
Preferably use a shipping option with track & trace, to prevent discussions about lost packages.
