There is a variety of clocks, makers, and techniques. We have our four types of pulse generators for the best-known 'standard' systems.
Do you have a clock or movement that works just a little differently, or requires a different current or voltage? Send us a message! We would be happy to see if we can help find a solution.
Buy a pulse driver
Payment
- Via the webshop: pay with iDEAL, bank transfer, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay (PayPal temporarily unavailable)
- Ordering by email: you can pay by iDEAL or bank transfer.
- Visitors to our workshop in Utrecht can also pay in cash, or via a payment request or by card (PIN).
We always provide an invoice that includes VAT and all our details.
Shipping
When shipping an order, the tracking number is sent to you by email. We usually ship with DPD, but sometimes use PostNL.
Delivery time
When you contact us regarding an order, we will indicate the expected delivery time. We ship orders once or twice a week. Generally, a package leaves our premises within 5 working days.
Question about an order?
For orders already placed: the easiest way is to send a reply to our confirmation email. That way we immediately have the relevant information at hand.
What if it doesn't work after all?
Bought a pulse generator, but it doesn't work in combination with the clock.
No problem! You can simply return the pulse generator, and we will refund the purchase price.
Should this occur, we would be happy to help think of a possible solution. After all, a working clock is the best result. So please do get in touch!
- The costs for any return shipment are at your own expense. Please keep the box in which we sent the pulse generator. If the pulse generator is returned in this box, it can be sent as a letterbox package, which will save on costs!
- Please let us know in advance that we can expect a return shipment. We will indicate in our reply to which address the package can be sent.
- Preferably use a shipping option with track & trace, to prevent discussions about lost packages.
Trade fairs
We can usually be found at the fair of the Elektriek (electric clocks) working group of Klokkenvrienden Nederland (the Dutch clock collectors' association), Oosterkerk in Zeist, and regularly at the Rikketik fair in Expo Houten. Upcoming events are listed on our homepage
