There is a variety of clocks, makers, and techniques. We have our four types of pulse generators for the most well-known “standard” systems. Do you have a clock/movement that works just a little differently, or needs a different current or voltage? Send us a message! We’ll be happy to see if we can help with a solution.

Payment
- Through the webshop: payment options include iDEAL, bank transfer, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay (Paypal temporarily unavailable).
We always provide an invoice with VAT (BTW) and our details included.
Shipping
When an order is shipped, a tracking number is sent via email. We usually use DPD, but occasionally use PostNL.
Delivery time
We will inform you of the expected delivery time when contacted about an order.
We ship orders once or twice a week, and they typically leave our facility within 5 business days..
Questions about an order?
For already placed orders, it is best to reply to the confirmation email we sent you.
This ensures that we have all the relevant information on hand.
What if it doesn’t work?
If you have purchased a pulse generator but it does not work with your clock, no problem! You may return the pulse generator and we will refund your purchase price.
If this happens, we would be happy to help find a possible solution. After all, a functioning clock is the most beautiful result.
So please don’t hesitate to let us know!
- De kosten voor een eventuele retourzending zijn voor eigen rekening. Bewaar het doosje even waar wij de pulsgever in toegestuurd hebben. Gaat de pulsgever hierin retour, dan kan het als brievenbuspakketje gefrankeerd worden, dat scheelt weer in de kosten!
- Meld het van te voren even dat we een retourzending kunnen verwachten. We geven in ons antwoord aan naar welk adres het pakketje gestuurd kan worden.
- Gebruik bij voorkeur een verzendoptie met track & trace, om discussies over verloren geraakte pakketten te voorkomen.
Beurzen
We staan doorgaans op de beurs van de werkgroep elektriek van vereniging Klokkenvrienden Nederland, Oosterkerk te Zeist, en regelmatig op de Rikketik beurs in de Expo van Houten. De eerstvolgende evenementen zijn te vinden op onze homepagina
