Pulses can be generated for this purpose using the button. Because it lacks time synchronization, summer and winter time are not automatically adjusted. The electronics on the pulse generator convert the low supply voltage into the higher pulse voltage of 12 or 24 volts.<\/p>\n<h3>Pulses<\/h3>\n<p>By default the <span class=\"highlight\">12\/24V Min+Sec pulse driver<\/span> is supplied with the following configuration, this is suitable for most 12\/24V clocks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pulse frequency MIN output: <strong>one pulse per minute\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Pulse Length: <strong>150, 200, 250 or 300<\/strong> milliseconds (<em>medium<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Pulse polarity: <strong>Alternating <\/strong>(bipolar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a clock with a Suchzeiger, select under <em>pulse frequency<\/em> an option with 2.5 seconds per pulse.<\/p>\n<h3>Station clock mode<\/h3>\n<p>In this mode, the second and minute hands do not step simultaneously on the full minute (second 0, or 60). In station clock mode, the second hand rotates rapidly in approximately 58 seconds, just like on a clock at a train station. After this, it pauses briefly at the top. After the minute pulse, the second hand begins a new rotation.<\/p>\n<h3>Battery operated?<\/h3>\n<p>With a second hand or Suchzeiger, the large number of pulses drains batteries <strong>very quickly<\/strong>. Na de minutenpuls begint de secondewijzer opnieuw aan een zijn versnelde rondje.\r\n<h3>Op batterijen?<\/h3>\r\nDoor de grote hoeveelheid pulsen gaan batterijen met een secondewijzer\/suchzeiger <strong>zeer snel leeg<\/strong>. Beter is het hem aan te voeden met bijv. een <a href=\"https:\/\/hetuur.nl\/handleiding\/voeding\/\">USB telefoonadapter<\/a>.\r\n<h3>Alleen minuten<\/h3>\r\nDe <span class=\"highlight\">12\/24V Min+Sec pulsgever <\/span>kan ook werken met de seconde-pulsen uitgeschakeld. Zet hiervoor DIP-switch 2 omlaag.
